Tammy Mehmed

Tammy Mehmed joins us with over 30 years of experience in managing offices in the San Francisco Bay Area.  Originally from Michigan, Tammy moved to San Francisco as a young adult and began working in law firms and large corporations.  After 16 years in big law at Morrison & Foerster in San Francisco, Tammy joined SoftBank Group Int’l to work with the Chief Legal Officer and the U.S. legal team.  She has curated private events from small groups to large company parties, weddings, and even mayoral inaugural celebrations.  Excited about bringing her big city experience to the Willamette Valley, Tammy is looking forward to being a part of the Oregon wine community. 

For over 20 years, Tammy’s side hustle included training puppies and dogs.  Her interests are deep in dog sports including Agility, Rally Obedience and Scent Work.  She also looks forward to getting involved in local community activities, including her long-time membership in P.E.O., a women’s philanthropic education organization. 

Tammy’s current dog, Maverick, is a young English Cocker Spaniel who enjoys playing fetch. His love of people is apparent by his nonstop wagging tail when greeting guests and providing comfort and support to the team. In his spare time, Maverick competes in local Scent Work/Nose Work trials as well as provides humor with his many tricks.  He recently added the AKC Farm Dog Certification to his list of performance titles.  Maverick is:  SWA, SHDN, TKA, FDC, NW2, L1C.
