Winery

Vinovate Custom Wine Services is a two-level winery utilizing gravity flow for the most gentle of processing.  The 24,000 sq. ft. winery includes a crushpad, fermentation hall, barrel rooms, bottling room, storage rooms, fruit chilling bay, offices, conference rooms, and a state-of-the-art laboratory.  

Multiple temperature-controlled barrel rooms give us the ability to perfectly control the temperatures of wine in barrel at every stage of the process, and a wide variety of stainless steel tanks are available for fermentation, settling, blending, and bottling.

Overview

Our approach to wine growing is holistic; we offer a comprehensive suite of services dedicated to the art of still and sparkling winemaking, from grape to bottle.

We provide expertise throughout every step of the process, from fruit sampling for maturity to our state-of-the-art laboratory which offers in-house analytical services, guaranteeing accurate and precise wine analysis, to expertly ushering fruit through fermentation to bottling.

Our services include but are not limited to still and sparkling wine production, as well as in-house and mobile tirage services, which encompass tirage culture building, riddling, dosage trial creation, consultation, disgorgement, and packaging. We also provide still and sparkling winemaking consultation and partial services such as tirage, disgorging, dosage trials, and riddling.

Vineyard

The 43-acre estate vineyard can be seen right outside the winery’s cellar doors.  It’s being farmed Organic, LIVE, and Salmon Safe which is a testament to our constant drive for sustainability. We strive to be stewards of the land and make it better for future generations. 

We utilize grazing animals to remove invasive plant species and to keep the cover crops mowed down.  The vineyard is dry-farmed and planted to multiple clones of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier for both still and sparkling wine production and its fruit will be available to clients once the vineyard is in production.
