Winery

Vinovate Custom Wine Services is a two-level winery utilizing gravity flow for the most gentle of processing.  The 24,000 sq. ft. winery includes a crushpad, fermentation hall, barrel rooms, bottling room, storage rooms, fruit chilling bay, offices, conference rooms, and a state-of-the-art laboratory.  Multiple temperature-controlled barrel rooms give us the ability to perfectly control the temperatures of wine in barrel at every stage of the process, and a wide variety of stainless steel tanks are available for fermentation, settling, blending, and bottling.

Overview

The winery has been designed and built for high-end, small-lot wine production.  All crushpad, winery, and bottling equipment is the best of its class and can cater to any varietal and style of winemaking both still and sparkling.  A full team of wine professionals with decades of experience will collaborate, assist, and execute the making of clients’ wines.  We value sustainability and utilize solar power, rainwater harvesting, and a high-tech wastewater processing system.

Vineyard

The 40-acre estate vineyard can be seen right outside the winery’s cellar doors.  It’s being farmed Organic, LIVE, and Salmon Safe which is a testament to our constant drive for sustainability. We strive to be stewards of the land and make it better for future generations.  We utilize grazing animals to remove invasive plant species and to keep the cover crops mowed down.  The vineyard is dry-farmed and planted to multiple clones of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay for both still and sparkling wine production and its fruit will be available to clients once the vineyard is in production.
